Hi gang! It's me, Nerdy McNerd telling you how to contribute to our cool web site at www.bigelowhighlands.org.

The way this web site works is you just contribute anything you want, anything at all! The email governance committee votes on it (which you can be a part of if you want), and your content becomes a part of the Bigelow Highlands web site! Pretty cool huh? We can add a recipes page, and Garden page, an Art page, a Personals page, a “this is my theory on the universe” page! It’s a community thang! You do what you want!

Just send your ideas to WebPage@bigelowhighlands.org , and the process begins. In no time at all we’ll build the coolest little website this side of the flood plane!

Web site proposals are submitted via E-Mail

An E-Mail panel reviews and votes on the proposal

A duration of four days is allowed for return votes

At the end of the fourth day the votes are tallied

Anyone in the Association can be on the panel, and can be remove at anytime at their discretion

All proposals except commercial and political, require a 50% majority of tallied votes to pass

Commercial and political proposals require a 66% majority of tallied votes to pass

Votes are sent only to and tallied by the Webmaster

After a proposal has passed

All web pages at the site will be uploaded by the Webmaster, or by anyone wishing to participate in the technical aspects of the web site

All pages will be linked from the INDEX of the web site

All pages (except commercial and political) will load in the MAIN frame of the web site

All except commercial and political pages will be linked as a NEW Page

All pages will have an expiration date and a life cycle

The author of the proposal is responsible for the development and maintenance of his/her page
